"Your heart is a BEAST"

My brother sent me that text one time a few years ago when I told him that I had just given some woman my new gym shoes I'd recently purchased.  I don't exactly remember why I did it or why I told my brother but I remember that text message.  At the time I used to write down quotes I liked in a notebook and that was one of my favorites.

Having time to think and reflect I have been super blessed with awesome friends and coworkers over the years who's hearts are a beast!  Whenever I hear people complain about horrible bosses or coworkers or crappy friends I become increasingly grateful for my people experiences.  Not like I haven't had bad experiences but growing into adulthood I have made some really amazing lifelong friends.  I definitely have more to be joyful about than to be bitter about.  Even if I only talk to people on occasion, and even if they aren't a Christian, and even if we are in different areas of life, they have been good friends to me and a blessing in my life.

Thank you guys and gals!  You have no idea how much I appreciate your friendship, encouragement, fellowship, humor, genuineness, support and presence in my life.

I most of all appreciate my consistent friends.  Those of you that don't wait for me to contact you but actually reach out too, even though I am hours ahead and miles away.  I know that we are most likely to be lifelong friends and I look forward to the journey ahead with y'all. (I'm not going to put names because I may forget people and I know for sure I would offend some even though I'm certain most don't read this LOL).

Romans 12:10
Love one another with brotherly affection. Out do one another in showing honor.

Colossians 3:12-14

Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.

Proverbs 17:17
A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.

Proverbs 27:17
Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.

See you, Miss you, Love you,
