Life is Happening So Uhhh... Yea...

Hi Family and Friends,

Sorry about not posting (Amy :-/).  I wrote a post back at the end of August but I never finished it and then looking at it today it was not relevant anymore. 

Here are pictures from random things we have done over the past several weeks.  I'll caption them so y'all know what's going on...

Daniel and I did a painting class together...

 

It's supposed to be the Seoul tower at sunset.  Don't mind the random grey thing beside the tower, we regretted having to paint it on immediately (eye sore).

We went to Daecheon Beach for a day trip and it is very much like being in any coastal type area.  Lots of seafood restaurants all up and down the street.  Here is a zoomed in picture of a tank full of shrimp.

I've never seen so many types of shelled creatures in my life...

More shelled stuff.

Restaurant after restaurant of seafood places.  We didn't try any because Daniel is not adventurous with his eating and I am limited in what I can eat these days.  Also to be honest, many of the places didn't have appetizing looking options.

 

On a particular rainy day we went to a mall in Suwon and Daniel saw this sign and wanted it.  He likes watermelon flavored things but watermelon beer sounds gross to me.

Actually all beer sounds gross to me.

Here it is and he didn't really like it but he paid for it so he drank it.  I tried it too and it literally just tasted like "watermelon beer." :-P

 

 So we haven't tried this place out yet but we will one of these days...  It's a juice spot and they have so many different flavor options.  You choose the flavors you want based on what's available and they make the drink for you.  I haven't even heard of some of these and some sound gross... Dragon fruit, red cabbage, papaya, kale, lemon, broccoli, tomato, yam, carrot...

...cranberry, orange, pineapple, peach, cucumber, mango, melon, plum, banana, blueberry...

 You put the 3 flavors you want in one of these empty containers and give it to the staff person to make.  Sounds cool right...?

 

Oh and we got rear ended one day.  No one was hurt or anything so that was good.  The guy that hit us was apologetic and his insurance handled everything so it was okay.  Only annoying thing is now we have to go through the backseat to get to the trunk.

 

Hopefully that was enough of the updates for everyone.
